What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa/Delta/Electron, MasterCard/EuroCard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, American Express or regular account payments all through PayPal.



How secure is this store?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.


Can I transfer money to your account?


Yes, either by internet banking, telephone banking or in person to our bank account. Please email us your order and delivery requirements.


We will email you confirming the total amount together with our bank details. We will dispatch your order when we have received your payment.

Yes, if you are located within the UK you may pay by cheque. Please email us your order and delivery requirements.

Delivery


Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. During busy periods we aim to dispatch stock items within five working days.


If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will send it to you as soon as possible. We will email you with a revised delivery date and an option to cancel your order.


Please note that in most cases your order will not fit through a standard letterbox and some deliveries may also require a signature, so you may need to be about to receive it.


We are happy to send to an alternative delivery address. Please email us confirming what you have ordered and where you would like it sent.


We always retain proof of posting for dispatched items so that we can confirm that your order is on it's way to you!



FREE mainland UK deliveries


We offer free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands, The Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Standard delivery is handled by the Royal Mail and you should expect your delivery to arrive within five working days.

Extra large or heavy items will incur a charge. This cost will usually be shown in your shopping cart checkout. You still have an option to cancel or modify your order at this stage.


Next Day Delivery or Special Delivery will incur a charge. Please email us for a quote.



Overseas deliveries


We can deliver to most countries. Within Europe our standard packaging and postage cost is £6.50 except for extra large or heavy items which will incur an extra charge. This cost will usually be shown in your shopping cart checkout. You still have an option to cancel or modify your order at this stage.


For all other countries please email us for a quote. We will always give you choice before you incur any charges.


Please note that deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local import duties and/or taxes. These charges are beyond our control and will need to be covered by the customer. We may supply a customs label containing a valuation and description of the parcel contents.


We are not responsible for orders lost, damaged or delayed in the post that are beyond our control and will not be responsible for any subsequent loss or expense caused for whatever reason. It is the customers responsibility to provide adequate access for delivery of any items ordered.



Returns


We want you to love what you've ordered.


We strive to ensure that the products we bring to your door are of the highest quality and that you are more than satisfied with your purchase! But if something isn't right, please let us know.


If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will refund or exchange items that are sent back to us within 14 days of the original purchase date. Unless the product is damaged or becomes faulty, products must be returned unused and in the original packaging in a saleable condition. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping and handling charges. Handling charges are 15% of the total purchase price.


However, in circumstances where we have inadvertently dispatched an item(s) that is faulty or that does not correspond with your original order and you wish to exchange the item, we will deliver the exchanged item(s) to you free of charge.


If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges as well as return shipping and any restocking fee is paid by the customer as well as any applicable sales taxes, VAT and other taxes, import duties, and/or customs or other applicable charges.


Shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error made by us. Please note that we advise you to use registered mail as we cannot refund items lost or broken during transit.


Please email us to advise us that you would like to make a return or exchange. In the subject heading please state whether you are claiming for a RETURN or EXCHANGE and we'll get back to you.
